Death from Above!: Darius, the Hand of Noxus!
I don't have much to say about him, other then I have had many a kill stole courtesy of his Ult. That cool down refresh is so broken.
Fun Fact: Originally his axe was going to be the contrast (White) piece, but his cape was so huge it wrecked his silhouette. He just looked like a huge blob, holding an axe.
His Silhouette is still kinda weak in his splash art pose, his axe is all that saves him.
